While missiles have also found their way from Syria to the Golan in the North of Israel, the IDF is there and on the alert. In an interesting item the Syrian ambassador stated on Tuesday:
“Syrian rebels linked to Al-Qaeda have seized UN weapons, uniforms and vehicles from peacekeepers in the Golan and set up a “safe zone” to wage attacks. The United Nations on Monday was forced to pull back hundreds of peacekeepers …after Syrian rebels advanced on their positions”
Does anyone see the irony in this?
Oh Lord
What can I say?
For thou knowest
That I am empty.
Yet what can I Do?
For I am as Dust
At the mercy of the wind.
Oh Lord!
Even though it’s come to this
You still love me.
