This song called “Waiting…” was created by Stefan Mihaescu for the War in Israeli. Everyone is eagerly waiting for the return of all the hostages from Hamas.
Stefan Mihaescu writes: “While still in a state of shock, I noticed that unlike me , who writes songs that relate to events, everything came to a halt for close to two weeks. I just couldn’t. Then, the music and words started to return. And slowly but surely, this song developed. This song is a tapestry with colors that don’t seem to fit. A mess of emotions. A brief smile followed by tears. A minor fall and then when least expected, a major lift. It’s the expression of grief and the unknown, and of course, hope. And at the end of all of it a trust in God who is ultimately in control in all this chaos.”
